This autumn, Kunstfort is collaborating for the first time with the St. Joost Academy in Breda and Den Bosch. The project involves second-year Art & Research students. After an inspirational visit to Kunstfort Vijfhuizen, which included historical and artistic introductions and guided tours, the group will present their work and process at Kunstfort. Their presentation will be available for viewing over several weekends, allowing the public to engage in conversation with the students.

Each year, Kunstfort Vijfhuizen offers art academy students the opportunity to work at its location. The students are tasked with developing ideas, creating work, and presenting it to an audience, using the unique setting as their foundation. Kunstfort provides historical and ecological input and makes its space available, while the students, together with their instructor, are responsible for shaping their final presentation.
