On Saturday 28 October, Kunstfort bij Vijfhuizen will organise a Repair Café together with the Repair Café during Cinekid Festival at the Kunstfort from 14:00h – 16:00h. Everyone is welcome to bring a broken (electrical) appliance or toy to the Kunstfort on that day. Expert volunteers with the right tools will be present to repair broken things and teach visitors themselves. The Repair Café can be found right next to the fort’s main entrance.

Repair Cafés are free events that focus on repairing (together). Visitors bring broken things from home and get to work together with the experts. That way, there is always something to learn. Those who have nothing to repair can help with someone else’s repair. The repairs are free, but a voluntary contribution for new tools, for example, is welcome.
