On Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 October, Kunstfort will take part in Discover Cultural Haarlemmermeer. During these days, several special locations in the municipality will open their doors and a variety of special activities will be organised.

At the Kunstfort, let your senses be stimulated at ‘Inner Earth’, an artistic research by guest artist Valerie van Leersum about our connection to soil. Outside, in addition to the art outside, you can view the results of the ‘Haarlemmermeer through your eyes’ photo competition, organised by VisitHaarlemmermeer. Or, discover local flavours at Fort 5 Brasserie & Events. On both days a historical tour can be attended at 14:00h, on Saturday in Dutch and Sunday in English, for a reduced fee of €5,00 (instead of €7,50) per person. Children participate free of charge.
