Kunstfort Journal is the online platform of Kunstfort bij Vijfhuizen, which aims to give further insight in the Kunstfort’s program. Different authors are invited to reflect on the activities in and around the fort, on the basis of their field of expertise and through essays, interviews, podcasts and short stories. It is our goal to investigate the different themes that play a role in the exhibitions, projects and general program line, and to share this with our audience. One of the Journal’s recurring topics is the annual residency program Kunstfort Kasus. Each resident reflects on their working period using a format – podcast, written report, story and what have you – that fits their artistic practice.
