Opening hours and admission
The outdoor space of the fort is free to access daily, and the indoor space of the fort is free or “pay what you want” every Sunday from 13:00 to 17:00. Starting Saturday, May 13th, the Kunstfort will be open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 13:00 to 17:00. During Pentecost weekend, Sunday, May 28th, and Monday, May 29th, the Kunstfort will also be open.

Admission fee (as of May 13th):

  • Adults – €5,50
  • Children – free
  • Student’s pass – €3,50
  • Natuurpas – €3,50
  • The Netherlands Museum Pass – free
  • ICOM – free
  • (Inter-)national press – free
  • Wheelchair assistent – free

The fort and the Genieloods are accessible for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walkers and prams, but the peninsula is less accessible for the time being. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet in the Genieloods. The Kunstfort can be visited with an assistance dog, provided it is on a leash.
