Accessibility
The fort and the Genieloods are accessible for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walkers and prams, but the peninsula is less accessible for the time being. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet in the genieloods. The Kunstfort can be visited with an assistance dog, provided it is on a leash.

Guided tours
In a historical guided tour, we visit the buildings on the fort’s grounds, and view the interior spaces. A tour guide tell you all about  the history of the Defence Line of Amsterdam and the function of the Fort near Vijfhuizen in it.

The tours cost €7.50 per person*, with a minimum group size of 10 (so for a group smaller than 10 people, you pay €75.00). There is a maximum of 15 people per group, with larger numbers of people divided into several groups, each with a tour guide. A guided tour lasts about one hour. Contact us at info@kunstfort.nl
