The organization Kunstfort bij Vijfhuizen consists of Stichting Kunstfort Activiteiten (SKA, Anbi status and responsible for the artistic activities) and Stichting Kunstfort Beheer (SKB, owner of the real estate and responsible for rental income). The organisation aims to establish a supervisory board in the future. The board controls the financial, but also legal and artistic policy and advises the management. Kunstfort bij Vijfhuizen follows the principles of Cultural Governance.
We endorse the Governance Code Culture.
The wages for employees are in accordance with the GCC. These standards are not exceeded. The allowance fees received by the board members follow the GCC and are below the maximum of untaxed fees for volunteers.
